5. Diagnostic & Inspection Services
Vehicle diagnostics and inspections are based on visible and electronically detectable issues at the time of inspection. Additional faults may be identified during the repair process.
6. Parts & Warranty
Wheel Expert uses genuine or high-quality aftermarket parts depending on availability and customer approval. Warranty coverage, where applicable, is limited to the specific parts or services provided and does not cover misuse, accidents, negligence, or unauthorized repairs by third parties.
7. Delays & Service Timelines
Estimated completion times are provided for convenience only and may vary depending on parts availability, vehicle condition, approval delays, or technical requirements. Wheel Expert is not liable for indirect losses caused by service delays.
8. Cancellation Policy
Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled subject to availability. Cancellation charges may apply for confirmed appointments, vehicle pickups, or ordered parts.

Wheel Expert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from vehicle breakdowns, delays, or service-related issues beyond our reasonable control.
